Anthony Romano Obituary, Death -Anthony Romano, Queensboro Police officer has passed away. According to an online publication; I was just informed that another member of our corrections community passed away recently… unfortunately, news like this is becoming all too common in these modern times. At this time, the people who work at the Queensboro Correctional Facility as well as the family and friends of Anthony Romano are in our thoughts and prayers. Because Anthony was the kind of person who would not take BS from anyone, he was the ideal candidate for the position of officer that was open, and he applied for.
He was of the opinion that in order to be respected, one must first show it to others; had I known that this was not the case, I would not have trusted him to hold a position of authority in the law enforcement system. You have my sincerest condolences, my dear friend and fellow worker!!! I am very impressed with both the work that you’ve put in and the progress that you’ve made. We would appreciate it if you could extend your greetings to all of our ancestors who have since passed on to the great yard in the sky and joined us here. I am pleased to have had the opportunity to get to know you, Old, Fat, and Retired Captain Trags, who lives on the fourth floor. I myself am a captain who has since retired.
It’s a good idea to stay active, and we shouldn’t leap to the conclusion that he doesn’t have any interests outside of work. The majority of my closest friends are people who drive trucks. They eventually reach their destination after traveling millions of miles on the road, at which point they move on to the next thing. I say prayers that God blesses my brother’s family with good health and happiness. My love for you, Romano, will never come to an end. During this trying time, we want to let his family and his Corrections family know that we are thinking about and praying for all of them. I pray that he is at peace for all eternity.
