Billy Phillips Obituary, Death – Billy Phillips has sadly passed away. Billy Phillips was welcomed into the world by his parents, Alfred J. Phillips and Charlene (Toureene) Phillips, Sr., on the 21st of February, in the city of Bloomington, which is located in the state of Illinois. He began his educational career at Fulton Elementary School, continued it at Fulton Middle School, and ultimately completed it at Fulton High School, from which he graduated in the year 1985. On September 6, 1985, he wed Susan K. Smith, and the ceremony took place at that location.

The wedding took place in Fulton, Illinois. Throughout the entirety of the 35 years that have passed since Billy first entered the workforce, he has spent all of that time working for Exelon as a Senior Electrical Mechanic at the Quad City Nuclear Station. When we last spoke, he was working as the Vice President and Senior Business Representative for the IBEW Local #15 in Downer’s Grove, Illinois. This was the location where our conversation took place. During the time that we were having our discussion, this was the position that was being held. Billy was the epitome of an outdoorsman, devoting the vast majority of his time to activities such as fishing and hunting. He held a deep appreciation for the natural world.

The following members of his family are still living: his wife, Susan; his three daughters, Jessica (Jamie) Dalglish of Bedford, Texas, Emily (Devin) Johnson and Alison (Tyler) Spencer both of Fulton; his three grandchildren, Lark, Dagny, and Phillip Spencer; his mother, Charlene Brondyke of Clinton, Iowa; his stepmother, Brenda Phillips of Morton, Illinois; and his two sisters, Ethyl Farr of Clinton, Iowa and When his biological father, Alfred J. Phillips, Sr., his stepfather, Don Brondyke, and one of his step sisters, Vicki Brondyke, all passed away before he did, it was already too late for him.
