Caitlin McFarland Obituary, Death – We like to express our deepest condolences to you on the passing of Dr. Caitlin McFarland, who was the Director of Psychiatry at West Cecil Health Center. Dr. McFarland was taken from us much too soon. As we deliver this news, it weighs heavily on all of our emotions. Dr. McFarland was a passenger in a vehicle that was involved in a fatal car accident early this morning, on Wednesday, December 7, 2022. The accident occurred on Wednesday, December 7, 2022.
We will never forget how devoted she was to her work, how passionate she was about fulfilling the mental health needs of her patients, and how tenaciously she advocated for the education of gender minority patients regarding mental health. In perpetuity, we will carry her spirit with us in our thoughts and hearts. We would like to offer our most heartfelt condolences to her family as well as her patients and coworkers during this terribly difficult time. We understand how difficult this is for all of you.
As a result of the fact that she was a committed member of the West Cecil Health Care family’s team, she earned a great lot of appreciation and respect from her peers. We will all miss her very much and think of her often.
