Chris Castro Obituary, Death – Accidentally taking his own life on November 28th, our beloved friend Chris Castro was taken from us far too soon. He was survived by the woman he had spent his entire life with, as well as their four beautiful children. She was his only living relative. She was the only member of his family still alive. Chris was actively involved in our community for a good number of years, during which time he spent that time serving as a coach and a mentor to young people who were a part of our community. If you had the good fortune to know him, you would have had a friend in him that you could count on for the rest of your life because he had a heart of gold.

If you did not have the good fortune to know him, you would have been missing out. We have been contacted by a large number of people who are interested in finding out how they can be of assistance and want to know how they can do so. They want to know how they can get involved. We have high hopes that we will be able to alleviate some of the strain that Megumi is going through and provide her and the children with the necessary space and time to grieve after the death of their mother.

We also hope that we will be able to help Megumi cope with the loss of her mother. I am writing to ask each of you to remember them in your prayers and thoughts over the next few days, as they are going through some difficult times right now. As you read this message, I would ask that you keep this request in mind. There is no doubt in my mind that they are currently experiencing feelings of complete and utter exhaustion as a result of the outpouring of love and support that they are receiving at this time. I am grateful that you could make it today.
