Christopher Taylor Obituary, Death – Christopher Taylor, who was 23 years old and from Cape Coral, Florida, passed away on November 22nd, 2022, while serving as a deputy for the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office. His parents, Richard Taylor Jr. and Karen Corliss Taylor, welcomed him into the world on November
19th, 1999 at the Cape Coral Hospital located in Cape Coral, Florida. Christopher participated in Boy Scouts and mixed martial arts classes when he was younger. He also loved fishing from his kayak and would often be out on the water from sunrise to sunset. 2018 marked the year that Christopher received his diploma from North Fort Myers High School. He had a very bright future ahead of him for a career in football, but he knew that serving his community and being a police officer was the path that he wanted to take in life.
Line dancing was something Christopher enjoyed doing and was very good at. On Wednesdays, he would line dance with his friends at The Ranch. He went there every week. Christopher’s three years of service at Back Streets Sports Bar earned him the affection and respect of the business’s proprietor as well as those of his fellow employees.
Before enrolling in the military school, he completed his education at FSW. Christopher began his career with the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office on February 3, 2022, immediately following his graduation from the training academy on February 3 of that same year. On February 14, 2022, his fiancee Madi Williams pinned him with the engagement ring.
He shone brightly both at the training academy and during his time working at the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office, where he established a large number of wonderful connections. His fellow members of the green team became like family to him, and he took pleasure in their friendship both on and off the job.
His loving mother, Karen Taylor, father, Richard Taylor JR., sister, Jessica Cahill and husband Lee, his loving fiancé, Madi Williams, grandparents Paula and John Howe,
Richard and Joanne Corliss, Richard Taylor Sr. and Liz, niece Makenzie Cahill and nephew Logan Cahill, uncle Rick Corliss, aunt Doreen Pereira, aunt Joanne Gahr, and cousins Evan Pereira, Hunter Church, and Dakota Church are among his surviving family members His two fur babies, Spencer and Denali, as well as a large number of friends and his CCSO family are among the things he leaves behind.
