Claudette Corey Obituary, Death – cherished wife, mother, and grandmother On December 2, 2022, Claudette M. Corey (Petrulio), who was 88 years old and lived in Cedar Grove, New Jersey, passed away. After receiving her degree from Endicott College, which is located in Beverly, Massachusetts, she started working at Hahne’s in Montclair as an assistant manager. She got married to William Corey and ended up raising their four kids in Cedar Grove, New Jersey. Claudette enjoyed spending time in the kitchen preparing delicious meals for her loved ones, particularly around the holidays.
By opening her home to the other parents and children in the neighborhood, she earned the title of “neighborhood mom.” Claudette participated in the choir at the Roman Catholic St. Catherine of Siena Church. She spent years competing in both tennis and bridge. She devoted a lot of her time to maintaining her garden on Cape Cod and protecting her New Jersey property from deer. It has been sixteen years since she became a grandmother, and she adores the title of “Nana.” Her heart and home were soon overflowing with her growing family of five. She had a lot of fun attending their plays and games, as well as watching them grow up and hearing about their antics. Her absence is felt by everyone.
