Dale showed a lot of fire and enthusiasm when he signed up to serve in the United States Army. Dale was a devout follower of the Lutheran religion. His primary pastime was taking part in stock car racing competitions held on dirt tracks. When he was a child, he and his family would usually spend the weekends going to various racetracks that were dispersed all across the state of Ohio. When he was able to spend time with the people he cared about and his friends, he would often tell stories in his garage. He treasured those times. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Bianco Fuller, whom he married on June 18, 1960; two sons, Dale A. Fuller of Girard and Robert W. (Renee) Fuller of Poland; a daughter, Cheryl (Kent) West of the Dayton Area; seven grandchildren, Melinda, Justin, Eric, Kami, Anthony (Ashley), Robert (Kori), and Matthew; in addition to a sizeable number of other relatives and friends.
