David Vargas Obituary, Death – After the news that David P. Vargas had passed away spread throughout the community, everyone was shocked to learn that he had passed away. He was predeceased by his wife, Christine Vargas, as well as his parents, Felix and Eduvigen Vargas, his brother, Timmy Vargas, and his parents-in-law, Palemon and Ofelia Mondragon, as well as his brother-in-law, Pedro Chavez.
