Emmett Cherry Obituary, Death – Cherry Emmett, who was also known by the name Newry and had once called Bessbrook her home, passed away in a serene and unhurried manner on December 7th, 2022, at the hospital that was located in Daisy Hill. Newry was also known as Cherry Emmett. She formerly went by the name Cherry Emmett, but she has since shed that identity.
Dearly loved and cherished husband of Cora, very devoted father to Francis, Deirdre, Paul, and Patricia, very loving Granda to Ryan, Lauren, and Sarah, treasured great grandfather to Elsie and Ruben, dearest brother of Sheila and brother-in-law of Sean, and loving father-in-law to Mickey Diamond. Francis, Deirdre, Paul, and Patricia are his four children, and Patricia is his granddaughter. He will be sorely missed by everyone. Elsie and Ruben cherished and adored their great-great grandfather, who went away not too long ago.
Also, a great-great grandfather who passed away not too long ago. Emmett’s cremated remains will be carried to the location of his previous house in Newry, which was located at number 13 Crown Crescent. This will take place on Wednesday evening. This will take place the day after the funeral services have been completed. The funeral procession will leave his home at 10:15 on Friday morning in order to make their way to SS Peter and Paul’s Church in Bessbrook for the Requiem Mass at 11 am. The funeral will be held there.
After the conclusion of the service, the procession will head back to their homes. The gathering is going to come to a close in front of his residence. The memorial service and burial will be held at the cemetery that is located nearby. Because of this, his bereaved wife, their children, and the rest of the family circle will think of him favorably for the rest of their lives because of the impact he had on their lives.
