Frank Kozak Obituary,  Death – Over the course of the past 53 years, Frank Kozak, who is now 78 years old, has continuously resided in Schaumburg as his primary place of residence. Reputable partner of Char Kozak, whose family name was Gastineau before she married Kozak. Char’s family name was changed after they got married. father of Steven, who is married to Brenda Kozak, and mother of Shiela, who is married to Don Watson; devoted parent to both of his children, Shiela and Steven, who are both married to other people; Shiela is married to Don Watson.

A devoted grandfather to Vicky, Matthew, Sarah, Jason, Kourtney, Ryan, Wyatt, Ashley, and Skylar, as well as a great-grandfather to Austin, Lorenzo, and Isaiah. Also a great-great-grandfather to Skylar. Skylar can also claim him as a great-great-grandfather. Skylar is able to claim him as a relative all the way up to the great-great-grandparent level. He was the son of Josephine and Frank Kozak, both of whom have since passed away; he was a beloved member of his family who will be sorely missed.

Frank was a very active participant at the Church of the Holy Spirit where he was a member. Frank was a very active member of the Schaumburg community. In addition to having served as a former president of the Schaumburg Jaycees and as the first chairman of Schaumburg’s Septemberfest, Frank was also very involved in other aspects of the community. In addition to this, he was an extremely involved member of the community.

In addition to that, during his time at Schaumburg High School, he participated in extracurricular activities by joining the Schaumburg Athletic Association and the Schaumburg High School VIPs. In addition to his service as a Trustee for the Village of Schaumburg, which lasted for a combined total of 12 years, he also served as the Chairman of the Plans Commission for a sizeable portion of his time there. His tenure as a Trustee for the Village of Schaumburg spanned a combined total of 24 years.

During the course of his stay there, he was present, and he maintained his presence over the course of a significant amount of time. In every one of his roles, including those of friend, father, and husband, he showed an unwavering commitment to the members of his family. The visitation will start at 2:00 PM and go all the way through 8:00 PM. Funeral services are scheduled to begin on Wednesday at 9:30 am at the funeral home, and they will continue at 10:30 am at the Church of the Holy Spirit, which is located at 1451 W. Bode Road in Schaumburg, Massachusetts. The cemetery of St. Michael the Archangel will serve as the location for both the funeral and the interment of the deceased.
