Jay Walker Obituary,  Death – We wanted to take this opportunity to extend our deepest condolences to you and the rest of your family on the passing of Life Member Jay Walker. He was a longtime member of our organization. We beg you to kindly accept our deepest condolences at this difficult time. It is not easy for us to break the news to you about this newest turn of events, but we are required to do so. Please understand that our hearts are heavy as we do so. In 1970, the Sharptown Fire Department made an offer to Jay, asking him to join as a new member of their organization. Jay accepted the request and joined the group.

It was in 2001 when they bestowed the title of “Lifetime Member” upon him as a way of expressing their gratitude for all that he had done for the organization. During his time with the organization, Jay held a variety of positions, including that of Truck Lieutenant and Captain, as well as positions on a number of committees and the Board of Trustees. In addition, he was a member of both groups. In addition to that, he served on the Board of Trustees for the organization. In addition to that, he was a member of the organization’s Board of Trustees for quite some time. In addition to that, he served the company as a member of its Board of Directors for a while.

We want his friends and family to know that they are in our thoughts and prayers and that they are on our minds while they are going through this challenging time together.
