Richter, who currently resides in Ulster Park; a son, Timothy Richter, and his wife, Bonnie, who currently reside in Wynantstkill, New York; a daughter, Katherine Adams, who currently resides in Vernon, Connecticut; a brother, Richard Alexander, and his wife, Victoria, who currently reside in Kingston; and four grandchildren, Tobias, Joseph, Katherine, and Ryan. Judy was predeceased by her father, Richard Alexander.
