Lawrence Tidwell Obituary, Death – Lawrence Edward Tidwell, who had lived in Ethridge, Tennessee for the previous 59 years and had reached the age of 59 years old when he passed away at his home on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, had lived there for the previous 59 years. He had never left the town of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, where he had worked as a retired business owner installing specialized ceramic tiles and where he was also an active member of the Ethridge Church of Christ. He had spent his entire life in this one location.
His father, Edward Tidwell, had already passed away before he was even born, so he never knew him. In his family, he was the very last surviving member.
He is survived by his mother, Edith Chapman Tidwell, who currently resides in Ethridge, Tennessee; his wife, Anita Moore, who also currently resides in Ethridge; one brother, Bobby Tidwell (Krystal), who currently resides in Pensacola, Florida; one sister, Lisa Tidwell Walker, who currently resides in Ethridge, Tennessee; five children, Holly and Hope Tidwell, who currently likewise reside in Ethridge, Tennessee; John Austin
The establishment known as Neal Funeral Home, which is located in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee at 231 North Military Avenue, will be the one in charge of making the necessary arrangements. A visitation for the family will be held at Neal Funeral Home on the evening of Friday, December 9, 2022, starting at five o’clock in the afternoon and continuing until eight o’clock in the evening.
The visitation will take place on Friday. On the Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 2:00 PM, funeral services will be held at the Neal Funeral Home with Kirt Hughett and Jerry Taylor serving as the officiants. When the memorial service has come to a close, the deceased individual’s body will be laid to rest at the Rose Hill Cemetery located in Giles County, Tennessee.
