Michael Richmond Obituary, Death – Michael Richmond, one of the principle architects of The Woodlands has passed away. During the time that Terry Vest Richmond and he were married to one another, he was Terry’s husband and they lived together in Richmond. Mr. Richmond is the child of his late parents, Arthur Harmon Richmond and Edith Brisendine Richmond, both of whom have passed away. Mr. Richmond is their son. Their son’s name is Mr. Richmond. He was given the name Richmond by his parents on the day he was born, which was July 1 in Covington.
His name was chosen to honor the city of Richmond, Virginia. In addition to his unwavering dedication to this community throughout his entire life, he considers the fact that he was able to serve his country in the United States Air Force to be a privilege. Throughout his life, he has been a member of the United States Air Force. Mike was offered the chance to advance his career at MeadWestvaco, and as a result, he was eventually promoted to the position of team leader in the Power Department of the company. Mr. Richmond’s previous work experience includes stints at Tom Sales, Inc., where he held the position of route driver.
He would make an effort to spend as much time as possible outside with his grandchildren, particularly when they went fishing or hunting, and he would also make an effort to spend as much time outside as possible overall. Mike was a huge sports fan, and the Green Bay Packers and the Baltimore Orioles were his two favorite teams to watch compete in their respective sports. When Mike was younger, he played baseball for the University of Maryland. In particular, one of his favorite things to do was to stay up late to watch football games.
In addition to his wife Terry, Mr. Richmond is survived by their son Michael D. Richmond, Jr., of Covington; their three daughters Melanie O’Conner and husband Brian of Covington, Mandy Whitmore and husband Ronnie of Covington, and Molly Nicely and husband Tony of Covington; and their six grandchildren, Tyler O’Conner, Seth Richmond, MyKaylah O’Conner, Kelsey Whitmore, Emma Nicely, and James Nicely.
