Mildred Whitman Obituary, Death –¬†Mildred Whitman was born on May 26th, 1932, and it was predetermined that she would hold the title of Queen of the May more than once in her lifetime. Millie, as she was affectionately called, was given the name Mildred May Grubb when she was born in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. Millie B. Whitman, who passed away, is left by her husband, William B. Whitman, as well as their three children, Byron, Paul Michael, and Wendalin, and a large number of lovely grandkids. Millie received her diploma from Kutztown State College, where she had previously served as both the May Queen and the Homecoming Queen.

Millie was a person who enjoyed life to the fullest, yet she prioritized her family above everything else. She devoted her life to her children and grandkids because she cherished the relationships she shared with them. Millie enjoyed meeting new people and going on adventures. She had a natural talent for making other people laugh at all times. Her own shenanigans and the experiences she had had in her life frequently served as the inspiration for her comedic observations. Millie’s children had grown up and moved out, so she decided to pursue a profession in real estate at the age of 40 and build a life around assisting others in becoming homeowners.

Her daughter’s decision to pursue the same line of work is a direct result of her example. Millie was a sweet and loving person, and as a result, she won the hearts of everyone she met. It was impossible to quantify her capacity to give back that love. Millie was one of those people who could find the silver lining in almost any cloudy situation. She looked for the best in people and was quick to forgive anyone who had been cruel. Her tolerance was unmatched, even by a saint.

She would constantly say that you can never know what people are going through, and I completely agree with her. Her entire life was guided by the principle of empathy. Millie died on November 23, 2022. Her family will never stop thinking about her and will always mourn her very much. She will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace, darling Millie. We love you tremendously.
