Neil MacCallum Obituary, Death – Neil MacCallum, the spouse of Lillian (MacDonald) MacCallum, passed away in a serene and peaceful manner at his former residence on December 2, 2022. He was seventy-five years old at the time of his death.
He was the first kid to be born to Earl and Marvel (Scott) MacCallum on January 19, 1947. He was their first child. He was the eldest son in the family. Neil’s sons Kenny and John, his granddaughters Jacklyn and Erica, his newborn brother Weldon, his sisters Betty Ann and Alora (Lolly) MacCallum, and his brother-in-law Marvin King all passed away before he did. Also predeceasing him was his brother-in-law Marvin King.
Neil is survived by his wife Lillian, his son Robert (and his wife Dawn), Sandra and Jocelyn MacCallum, as well as other members of his family. Kevin (Jolene), Scott (Cassandra), Kyle, Hillary, Julianne, Mitchell, Courtney, Alex, and Evan are our grandchildren. Scott is also the father of Cassandra. Cassandra and Scott have been married for some time. Hillary is Kyle’s wife and they live together.
Great-grandchildren Alexa, Landon, Grayson, Ryan, Noah, Addison, and Royce, along with great-great-grandchildren Royce and Reece. Great-great-great-grandchildren Alexa and Landon.
Sisters Sandra King, Donna (Hazen) Smallwood, and Cathy (Phillip) Connolly, along with their respective husbands and wives; brothers Wayne (Louise) and Dale (Bonnie) MacCallum; and their families. On Monday, December 5th, members of the family will be available at Bell’s Funeral Home from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and again from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM to welcome visitors and express their condolences.
In the Sterling Bell Memorial Chapel, the funeral service will be held at one o’clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, December 6th, 2022.
The date and time of the service are as follow Following the conclusion of the funeral service, the burial will be held in the Pine Grove Cemetery in Loggieville. Donations made in honor of the departed can be made to the Pine Grove Cemetery in Loggieville or to the donor’s favorite charitable organization. Both of these options are available.
