Paul Billion Obituary, Death – Paul Billion, 36 killed in Sioux Falls, South Dakota Homicide. Paul Henry Billion, the son of Dr. Stephen and Catherine (Green) Billion, was born on September 30, 1985, at McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. Growing up, he was the oldest of six children. His parents were having a difficult time keeping up with his energy, interests, and thirst for knowledge. At such a young age, he seemed to excel at everything he tried, including reading and writing. As a child, he was an accomplished snow and water skier, tennis player, golfer, singer/guitarist, and music minister. He was a thoughtful brother, and spending time with him was always enjoyable.

Yuoh is being held on a $1 million bond in jail. Tarley and Poley are being held captive.
