On December 6, 2022, Paula Marzella Harris, who resided in Westminster and was 66 years old, passed away in the comfort of her own home. She was the daughter of her parents, George Joseph Horn and Joan Anna Gleesen Horn, both of whom have since passed away. Her mother and father have both passed away. Her birthday is February 12th, and she was born in Aberdeen in 1956. Steven H. Harris, the man she has been married to for the past 27 years, is the only person who will remember her. Before she took early retirement, she spent a significant portion of her career at McDaniel College serving as the office manager there. In the years leading up to that point, she held a receptionist position at Carroll Hospital’s emergency room, where she worked.
The year 1974 was the one in which she received her diploma from Westminster High School. She took a lot of pride in her domesticated animals as well as her Mustang. She is survived by her son Kevin Danko, her sister Mary Jo Horn of Westminster, her Little Buddy, her niece Nicole Rohrback and her children Kira, Oakley, Marlowe, and Sylas, her granddaughter Sarah and her children Amethyst, Desmond, and Poseidon, and by her husband. Her husband is also one of the people who survives her. On the afternoon of Sunday, December 11, 2022, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., members of the family will be available at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, which is located at 254 E. Main Street in Westminster. They will be there to meet and greet guests.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the St. John Catholic Church in Westminster, which can be found at 43 Monroe Street, at 11 o’clock in the morning on Monday, December 12, 2022. The church’s address is 43 Monroe Street. Following that, the funeral procession will make its way to Evergreen Memorial Gardens, which is located in Finksburg.
