Phillip Glass Obituary, Death – The male victim of the fatal gunshot that occurred early on Thursday morning has been identified by the Elizabethton Police Department. The Elizabethton Police Department identified the deceased man as Phillip M. Glass, who was 31 years old and from Elizabethton. The authorities are still requesting the assistance of the general public in locating Thomas and Miller. Because the number (542) 7574 is currently inoperable, the EPD is requesting that individuals who wish to provide an anonymous tip do so by sending the message “TIPEPD” followed by their information to the number (847411). The Elizabethton Police Department (EPD) is seeking the assistance of the general public in locating two people who may have been involved in a shooting that took place early on Thursday morning and resulted in a fatality.
According to a press release issued by the EPD, shortly after midnight, officers were dispatched to Oakmont Drive for a vehicle that was driving up and down the street while still revving its engine. The vehicle was reportedly causing a disturbance. According to the press statement, a second 911 call reported that shots were fired in the area as officials were traveling to the location where the noise complaint was made. Two wrecked vehicles were there waiting for the police when they arrived at the scene at the intersection of Oakmont and Milligan Highway. According to the police, a guy who was later determined to be Glass was discovered dead from a gunshot wound inside of one of the vehicles.
According to EPD Major Jerry Bradley, who spoke with News Channel 11, the second vehicle appeared to have been abandoned, and it seemed as though a group had fled the scene. Cody Alan Miller, age 23, and Kimberly Nicole Thomas, age 20, are allegedly on the police’s wanted list, as reported by the EPD. Thomas is said to be a white woman who has blond hair, and blue eyes, and weighs 125 pounds. She stands 5 feet 2 inches tall and has a height of 5 feet 2 inches. Miller is described by the police as being a Caucasian male, standing 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds, and having brown hair and hazel eyes.
