Phyllis Caroff Obituary, Death – Phyllis Caroff, who resided in Cannon Falls, Minnesota, unexpectedly passed away while she was surrounded by her loving family. Phyllis’s death came as a shock to everyone. Phyllis Schafer was the sixth child to be born to Mary and Roy Schafer. In total, the Schafers had seven children. She and her five other siblings all grew up together in the same house in Clara City, Minnesota. Her mother and father, along with her brother David and sister Delores, all passed away before she was born. She did not make it through them alive.

She wed John Caroff, the man who would go on to become the love of her life, and the two of them stayed married for the next 55 years of their lives together. Together, they brought up their four children: Jeff, who is married to Beth; Lisa, who is married to Tom; Joe, who is married to Susie; and Tony (married to Tiffany). In addition, they had two great-grandchildren named Henry and Kit, as well as eight grandchildren, including Beau (who was married to Katy), Michael (who was married to Hannah), Clare, Nora, Peter, Hayden, and Molly.

When it came to being a wife, a mother, and a grandmother, Phyllis was a remarkable woman in every capacity. She was employed by Gemini for a period of 25 years and enjoyed a prosperous career there. Phyllis was a devoted parishioner at St. Pius V, and in her spare time, she enjoyed gardening, quilting, cooking delectable meals for her family and friends, attending her children’s and grandchildren’s extracurricular activities, spending time with those who loved her, and expressing her affection for those who did. She will be remembered as a guiding light in our lives, as someone who was never without love and who was always full of life. She will be remembered as a shining example.
