Thomas Gleason Obituary, Death – On October 18, 2022, Thomas A. LEASON, a resident who had formerly lived in Woburn and Arlington, Massachusetts, passed away in a calm and peaceful manner. A retired Navy Captain with a combined total of forty years of active and reserve service under his belt, he was formerly the Chief of Labor Relations for the United States Customs Service in the Boston/New England area. Additionally, he held this position for the United States Customs Service. Penelope Gleason’s doting and devoted husband, who is held in extremely high esteem by everyone.
Father of Eileen Gleason Wenzler and her husband, Kurt, and Timothy Gleason, as well as stepsons Gregory Curtis and Kenneth Curtis and his wife Sharon; grandfather of Erin Curtis, William Mullins, and Keo Kondo Curtis; and great-grandfather of Hank Gleason. Stepfather of Gregory Curtis and Kenneth Curtis and his wife Sharon. Gregory and Kenneth Curtis are his stepchildren, and his wife Sharon is Gregory’s stepmother. A person who is caring, tolerant, and peaceful, as well as patriotic, and who is gracious to all people. When he passes away, he will be greeted with open arms in Heaven, and those of us still living on earth will miss him tremendously because of this.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 26th, at the Keefe Funeral Home, which can be found in Arlington at 5 Chestnut Street. The date of the visitation is October 26th. The visitation will take place in the morning, beginning at 10:00 and ending at 11:00. Following this, at 11:30 in the morning, there will be a Funeral Mass held at St. Agnes Church in Arlington, which can be found at 51 Medford Street. At this event, it would be extremely helpful if you could bring along members of your immediate family as well as friends from your immediate social circle.
After the conclusion of the Mass, Military Honors will be presented to the individual who has passed away. When the funeral services have come to a close, the burial will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery, which can be found in Canton on Randolph Street. I
