Wendell “Paul” Livingston Obituary, Death – Wendell Paul Livingston passed away on December 3, 2022, in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Paul, who was born in Charlottetown in 1955, had a life that was rich with experience and activity. In his spare time, he enjoyed activities such as flying planes, sailing, and riding motorcycles, and he had the goal of dominating the land, the air, and the sea. Paul was an avid athlete whose life was filled with activities as diverse as golf, scuba diving, baseball, and hockey at various times. He had a passion for exploring new places and gaining new friends and experiences along the way.
Paul began working for his family’s company, Ben Livingston and Sons, when he was 21 years old. Over the course of his career, the company grew and evolved into what is now known as Livingston Steel and Eastern Fabrication. In addition to that, he established a large number of other successful business enterprises. He will be remembered fondly as a doting father to Jeremy (Rebecca), Jessica (Bethan), and Helen (Joshua), as well as a stepfather to Diana and Michael; a proud grandfather to Jude Paul, Breigh, Beckett, and Don Michael; and as a loving brother to Scott Livingston (Carolyn), Joy Ford (Tommy), Les Livingston, and Ryan Livingston.
He will also be remembered as a loving grandfather to Jude Paul, Breigh (Kelley). In addition, all of his nieces and nephews will remember him with a lot of affection. His biological father Benjamin and his mother Florence (Burke) Livingston, as well as his stepmother Cecilia and his brother Carl, all passed away before Paul (Betty Lou). Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 8 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the Belvedere Funeral Home, where the deceased is currently resting. On Friday, December 9, at 11 a.m., the funeral service will take place in the chapel of the funeral home. After the service, the burial will take place in the People’s Cemetery in Charlottetown. In lieu of sending flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Prince Edward Island through their website.
